Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our Support Center to receive return instructions.
Do not send items back without authorization.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.

In these cases:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available

Return shipping will not be required for confirmed defective items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or hygiene products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital products
